2010 CIF-IFC Annual General Meeting and Conference
Registration for the 2010 CIF-IFC Annual General Meeting and Conference is now closed.
Registration
Check-in for the 2010 Canadian Institute of Forestry Annual General meeting and Conference starts on Sunday afternoon, September 26, 2010. This will be followed by the legendary CIF-IFC Ice-Breaker Reception and Student Quiz Bowl.
For the Conference Registrant the Registration Fee Includes:
- Attendance to all plenary sessions and CIF Partner Presentations on Wednesday morning
- All refreshment breaks
- All meals for the registrant including the CIF-IFC AGM Breakfast, Monday evening Awards Banquet and Tuesday evening Western BBQ at Trefoil Lake
- One of two world class field trips
- Transportation from the Edmonton International Airport or downtown Edmonton to Jasper Park Lodge, and return.
- Transportation to Edmonton International Airport and downtown Edmonton on Thursday September 30 for those attending the CIF Forest Ecology Working Group meeting
For the Day Pass Registrant the Registration Fee Includes:
- All events and meals on the day selected for attendance
For the Companion the Core Registration Fee Includes:
- The Sunday evening reception
- All planned meals Monday through Wednesday including the CIF-IFC AGM Breakfast, the Monday evening Awards Banquet and the Tuesday evening Western BBQ at Trefoil Lake.
- Please note that Companion Activities are provided at an additional cost. You are invited to explore and experience the best that Jasper National Park has to offer. Please review all the details under “Companion Program” and select the activities that inspire you.
General information
- If you expect to bring a guest, including children, to any of the Companion Activities or meal events Guest Tickets are required and are available for purchase at the time of registration. Please select the number of additional tickets that you require on your registration form.
- Registering for the AGM and Conference must be done Online.
- All matters related to accommodations are the responsibility of the registrant.
Notice of Park Entrance Fees
National Parks of Canada have park entrance fees. These fees contribute to maintenance of park infrastructure that we all use for personal enjoyment. At the time you enter Jasper National Park to attend the conference you will be required to pay the appropriate fee. CANCELLATION POLICY
REGISTRANTS WHO CANCEL THEIR REGISTRATION PRIOR TO SEPTEMBER 15, 2010 WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE AFTER SEPTEMBER 15, 2010.
