On October 15th, 2008 the Foothills Research Institute held its annual general meeting at the Telus Centre on the University of Alberta campus in Edmonton, Alberta.
The day started with opening remarks by Jim LeLacheur, President of the Board of Directors, followed by a special presentation by David Winston, General Manager, Canadian Model Forest Network. The rest of the day continued with presentations from FRI researchers on their achievements of the past fiscal year 2007/08.
